General Sales Conditions

These general terms apply to all quotes, agreements and invoices of Maestro Digital Creations, established at Ruyterhoekstraat 23 – 8610 Kortemark, VAT BE1031203535. Deviations are only valid if agreed in writing. General terms of the client are expressly excluded.

Quotes are non-binding and valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. All prices are exclusive of VAT. Quotes for services (web development, design, photography) are based on estimated working hours and may be adjusted if the scope of the assignment changes.

An agreement is concluded after written approval of the quote or upon commencement of execution. By accepting the quote, the client agrees to these terms.

Maestro Digital Creations commits to a best-efforts obligation, not a results obligation. The client must provide all necessary information, materials and feedback in a timely manner. Delays caused by this may result in postponement and/or additional costs.

Stated timelines are indicative and non-binding. Delay does not give rise to any right to compensation or cancellation.

Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date unless stated otherwise. In case of non-payment by the due date, statutory interest shall be due by operation of law and without notice, as well as a lump-sum compensation of 10% with a minimum of €75. Maestro Digital Creations reserves the right to request a deposit for larger projects (e.g. 30%–50%).

All delivered products remain the property of Maestro Digital Creations until the invoice has been paid in full.

All designs, websites, graphic work, photos and 3D models remain the property of Maestro Digital Creations until full payment has been received. After payment, the client receives a right of use for the agreed purpose. It is not permitted to modify, resell or reproduce designs without written consent outside the agreed context.

Digital delivery (websites, designs, photos) is deemed accepted if no written remarks are received within 7 days. Minor deviations or technical limitations cannot be grounds for refusal.

Changes beyond the original quote are considered additional work and will be invoiced separately. Additional revision rounds may also be charged.

Where hosting or maintenance is provided, this constitutes a best-efforts obligation. Maestro Digital Creations cannot be held liable for downtime, hacking or data loss, except in cases of gross negligence.

The liability of Maestro Digital Creations is limited to the amount of the relevant invoice. Maestro Digital Creations is not liable for indirect damages such as loss of profit, data loss or reputational damage.

In the event of force majeure (technical failures, illness, supply issues, etc.), Maestro Digital Creations has the right to suspend performance or terminate the agreement without compensation.

In case of cancellation by the client, Maestro Digital Creations reserves the right to charge for hours already worked and costs incurred. For custom work (such as 3D prints), cancellation after the start of production is not possible.

All agreements are governed by Belgian law. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the courts of the district of the registered office of Maestro Digital Creations.
